Look & feel
- Cute on a small wrist, but thicker than I’d like. It’s too thick for wrist straps, and you have to move it up your arm a bit to fit the straps.
- Lightweight
Battery
The battery life is what I love about this band. It can last 2-3 weeks, less if you turn on exercise modes. It’s great not having to charge every day.
Tracker
-
I don’t care too much about the precision of the numbers. I just need to see the numbers to keep me motivated. But I’ve watched The Quantified Scientist’s review and it’s pretty accurate for its price.
-
My mom compared the heart rate to a dedicated monitor, and it doesn’t always match.
Training and sports
There are many exercise options to track. When you turn on the exercise mode, most exercises show a timer, calorie tracker, and heart rate monitor. For walking and treadmill, you can see the pace and the steps.
There are also basic options for changing music tracks and volume. One downside is you can’t check notifications while in this mode.
Lifestyle
- Shows notifications fast
- It gives a sporty view that may not fit classic, formal looks. But there are many band options available online to change the feel.
- Sleep tracking is ok. I don’t know if it’s accurate, but the band can detect short naps fairly accurately.
- I feel like stress tracking and VO2 levels are there for marketing? I don’t know what they use as baseline to measure on.
- Alarm, flashlight, and camera shooting button are very handy. I use them all the time.
