CC and BCC in email

CC

• Carbon Copy
• The To recipient can see who you cc. Used when you want all recipients to see who else has received the email, in transparent situations.

BCC

• Blind Carbon Copy
• The To recipient can’t see who you bcc. Used for private situations where you don’t want to share everyone’s email addresses, when you want to keep someone in the loop without letting the original recipient know.
